Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ, our emancipator from the tyranny of sin.
WELCOME to New Calvary Baptist Church, where "God's People are Making a Difference: Preaching, Teaching, and Reaching!"
We are pleased and excited that you decided to visit our Web Site. Please take a few moments to browse our site and see what God has called us to do here at New Calvary. In Matthew's Gospel chapter 28, verse 19, Jesus gave us our marching orders: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." For the past 60 years New Calvary has been attempting to carry out these orders in the Southbridge community of Wilmington, Delaware. Because of the wonder of technology we can also accomplish this via the Worldwide Web.
We would love to have you join us for Sunday morning worship or Wednesday evening Prayer and Bible Study. Check out the various ministries that have been created to develop our members into mature Christians and productive disciples for Jesus Christ.
I would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to consider joining this branch of God's army as we continue to build His kingdom. New Calvary's vision is to share our resources with the people of our surrounding community. Many of our neighbors are about to give up all hope.
